Len’s Story

This story was written by Len and is about her journey to find out the truth about Michael Jackson.

Len was asked:

Did you guys ( all posters who believe mj was a pedo) immediately come to a conclusion that he was guilty in 1993? I heard that Gavins Family were con artists to begin with, but can anyone tell me the reason Mj was declared not guilty at that trial? Not enough evidence? Oj was set free, so just becuz a verdict is not guilty, does not mean so. Len is disgusted: you have documents that you post often to back up your suspicions. Again, did you always think him guilty from ’93 onward or over time, did you lean towards guilt.( cuz it took ME time.) And I know you will have to repeat yourself, but what key things in those documents and in general led you to a ” he’s guilty?”

His behavior and his carved face made me so uncomfortable at the 1984 Grammy Awards, I found him repulsive. When he made public appearances, he was always with children, which I found confusing. So, I didn’t pay attention to him. After he died I was told he did molest children. So, to make a long story short, I began reading the legal document and court transcripts to find out the truth.

It was the vast amount of evidence gathered that convinced me he was a pedophile who got away with child molestation. For one, he kept N A M B L A -recommended books of nude and seminude boys, and a photo of one of his sleepover buddies, in the nude. Check page 2.

There was semen from two different males found on his mattress and mattress pad, and semen from a third male was found on stored sheets, along with his drugs-in-bloodstain underpants and children’s clothes.

This was of such huge concern, Mesereau wanted the items kept out of court.

This was the D.A.’s response.

I also read the maids’ testimonies. In Blanca Francia’s testimony, she described how only little boys were allowed in Michael’s bedroom. Begin reading her entire testimony, from page 115 onward. It’s chilling.

Kiki Fourner named the little boys who were spending quality time, alone with Michael, in his bedroom, during her testimony. She mentioned Aldo Cascio, on page 51. She also named other boys and mentioned the boys from the school across the street. Her testimony is equally chilling.

When I read the testimonies of Larry Feldman, Dr. Stanley Katz, and Bill Dickerman’s testimonies, I was convinced Gavin told the truth. These three people described the chain of events that led them to CPS and how the criminal charges began. They also said the Arvizo’s never filed a civil suit, for money.

Larry Feldman’s testimony begins on page 153.

The nail in the coffin was reading the correspondence between attorneys and the discussion with Judge Melville, about how Jordan’s drawing and description matched the photos of Michael’s blotchy penis.

Here is why the D.A. wanted to introduce them.

Here is Mesereau’s response. It was laughable because Sneddon wanted to introduce all of the material together because of the match. Mesereau’s argument was if the drawing and description were not introduced with the photos and vice versa, it was just hearsay. I rolled my eyes and laughed when I read that.

This was the discussion with Judge Melville and the collection of attorneys, at the beginning of court. Unfortunately, Sneddon tried to introduce the material late, during the trial, under the wrong codes, as opposed to Section 1108, Prior Bad Acts. But the critical information is on page 45 when he told Mesereau the match was not hearsay.
