2005 Michael Jackson Molestation Trial Transcripts

Without fear or favor, without any omission from one side or the other, we present the entire trial transcripts from the 2005 Michael Jackson Child Molestation trial.

Without a doubt, once you read these you will realise why Michael Jackson, even though found not guilty in this trial, is viewed as a pedophile in the court of public opinion. In the transcripts is, amongst other things, unchallenged testimony that:

  • Michael Jackson shared a bed with a pre-teen Brett Barnes for more than 460 nights over a 2 year period;
  • Michael Jackson begged June Chandler for over 30 minutes to sleep with her son;
  • Michael Jackson had huge quantities of porn strewn throughout Neverland ready for boys to “discover”;
  • Michael Jackson called up compliant mothers asking them to deliver young boys to his bedroom, often in the middle of the night;
  • Plus many more examples of his pedophilic behaviour.

Check out  Some common myths used to "prove" MJ wasn't a molester
  • Truth Videos

“Michael Jackson shared a bed with a pre-teen Brett Barnes for more than 460 nights over a 2 year period”
Can someone direct me to which part of the transcript this is shown?

  • Jen Kofstad

mj was not a child molester the people lied to get money
he has good heart he loves kids and people better get
their minds out of the gutter

    • I know you don’t want it to be true. Nobody does. Unfortunately, it’s the only conclusion anyone can make if they look at the evidence objectively 🙁
      http://www.mjfacts.com/occams-razor/

      • Andreas Moss

I have to admit. It still kind of blows my mind that someone who prided himself so much for being a huge spokeperson, sympathizer and defender of children all around the world could really be a serial child molester. It is kind of incredible.

So I kind of get that some people can’t believe it, but as MJfacts said, things seem to point that way.

        • ShawntayUStay

If you really think about it, these molesters are really quite obvious because most adults aren’t deeply interested in children, save their own. I actually think that people simply assume a person must be a “saint” or “angel” if they want to spend time with children or if they are extraordinarily good with them because of the natural aversion adults have to most kids. It’s this (silly) assumption that molesters really use to their advantage, in my opinion. So, that MJ was a defender or spokesperson for (some) children really means very little towards innocence and actually goes farther to support his alleged pedophilia.

          • Andreas Moss

Do you think MJ only cared about children on the surface then? That it all some kind of play to get close to children, some kind of manipulative cunning smokescreen for the parents? Or do you think he sincerely cared about children, childrens suffering, but in a somewhat damaged way that also made him attracted to them(litte boys)?

I’m kind of fencesitting, but I actually lean towards the latter. 🙂
Although I suppose both could be true, or even a mix.

          • ShawntayUStay

            Sorry for the delayed response!

I think MJ truly did care about children, but I think a lot of it was because he was obsessed with — fixated on — childhood. In one of Maureen Orth’s articles for Vanity Fair, she quotes a woman who said MJ is obsessed with childhood because he was a child star and he was an extreme narcissist. I think that’s true; he had an idolized version of childhood that he continued to uphold until his final years. His resulting outward projection of innocence and playfulness makes people think he was a child in a man’s body, so he could never harm a child.

So it’s our perception, I think. Also the reason I’d question his sincerity is because he was very selective in the kids he personally befriended. As Howard Stern once asked, if he loved all kids, where are the girls? (Or any other child that wasn’t male, slim, and between 6 and 14?)

But my point was that him being nice doesn’t mean we should immediately turn a blind eye. Look what happened when June Chandler was convinced that MJ just wanted to be a “family” when he demanded Jordie share his bed. Look all the special friends, James, Wade, etc. Of course we should always try to be fair but in MJ’s case, his “defender of children” position supports the allegations against him.

          • Andreas Moss

Yes it is interesting. I personally kind of figured his obsession with childhood could have something to do with an extreme regression of sorts. Like, how people in emotional crisis seems to cling on to stuff from their childhood, because it was a safer time and they miss it. I don’t think having the fame he obtained is mentally healthy in the long run. Even if he seemed very humble in some ways, I think he did sincerly believe he had some god-given gift, and that he could save lives with his work, He seemed to have taken credit for Gavin Arvizo’s cancer treatment. His whole image has a religious feeling. His fans act like it as well.

But I’ve never been sure how that relates to pedophilia. I did read some stuff from a therapist, who has had a therapy with lots of pedophiles, for decades, and he describes many of them like “scared little boys”, kind of implying they might be stuck in some childlike state.

          • Hi Andreas. What a very interesting question.

Fans always say that MJ couldn’t have been a molester because he loved children so much. They point out all the open days he held at Neverland for sick children, the visits to hospitals, the pain he felt on behalf of children who had been physically abused.

They don’t consider that he could be both concerned for children and a molester.

It’s a common theme with acquaintance pedophiles though. They believe that they care more for children than the average member of society and even attempt to say they love children more than the child’s parents. In their narcissistic world, where they idealize and objectify children, they believe they can do a much better job in caring for children than anybody else.

This is why MJ had no compunction in separating his special friends from their families, believing he could give the boys a much better experience and show them more love and caring than even their parents.

In his mind he probably believed that he loved children, however his behavior says otherwise. In later years he didn’t visit hospitals any more so quite obviously that was just for publicity. He complained incessantly about not having a childhood yet separated his boy friends from their families and more hypocritically boys their own age. How does it help a child to have a rich, fulfilling time with peers when they have to hang around with a 30-40 year old man? No matter how child-like he is, it’s not the same.

Look at Wade. The difference between a 7 year old and a 14 year old is vastly different, if MJ could behave like both then he was merely acting and not being his true self.

          • Andreas Moss

Yeah, thanks the the perspective. An obsession with children and childlike things, not only sexual, is probably quite typical for some pedophiles. It could be argued they do care about the children, in their own ways. Jackson portrayed himself in a way to be like a mother to all children of the world.

That part is the most difficult one to understand though, because if you care about children in the degree Jackson(and other pedophiles) appeared you don’t harm them, you don’t sexually molest them. The question remains if he just struggled with a dark side of himself, much like Bob in Twin Peaks(“that’s not Michael Jackson, that’s someone else”, like he once said), or if he deep inside actually believed there was no harm done. That it was just another expression of showing love and care. Jackson was so weird.

He seemed to be a “nice guy” molester, at least. I recently heard about this accuser Joseph T. Bartucci, who claimed Jackson sexually abused him, and I was confused because I had never heard of him. When I read his story however it was quite easy to understand he was bluffing. Most likely anyway. He claimed Jackson violently raped him with assistance from helpers who held him down. He said he was 18 and visiting Neverland.

        “Anyone”??

        Wrong again!

You can’t speak for “Anyone” (As in, everyone) – that is just a fact. There are plenty who, as far as THEY are concerned, have done lots of research on BOTH sides, and “objectively” …and yet, they don’t all come to the same presumptions and conclusions as you, and those who perceive as you do. If that were the case, you probably wouldn’t have to have this Web site running. To be fair, that works both ways. However, at least understand the logic in this, be fair and say it right. You can’t assume, presume and conclude that the same would go for “Anyone”. It obviously doesn’t!!

Oh, damn… I’ve got to run…but will probably be back when I get the time….

        • Informer, I would love to hear why you think a man that spent an inordinate amount of time and money to be around boys, owned child erotica, was accused five times (so far) of molestation, didn’t have a single believable female relationship, pretended to be a fictional figure who also enjoyed the company of boys, and selected predominately boys to share his bed (for at least hundreds of nights) wasn’t any different from any other man who did that and whom you would call a pedophile.

Hopefully you can convince me to change the sentence above from it’s the only conclusion anyone can make if they look at the evidence objectively to something a little less general like it’s the only conclusion most people can make if they look at the evidence objectively

Let me ask you this, have you studied michael jackson for 10 years like me? NO. Have you spent every waking hour reading and watching every possible thing about him like me? NO. I am willing to bet my own life I am right that he is 100% innocent!

  • Thanks for the video Xydeza. I watched it carefully and I was very suspicious. While Kellie Parker was truthful in some parts, in the main she was evasive and vague which shows she wasn’t close to Michael at all. Her generic experiences don’t shed any new light on MJ, and she certainly wasn’t invited into his bedrooms like the boys were.

We’ll have to mark this one as a FAIL.

Do you honestly believe that any child would want to sleep in one bedroom or bed with a forty years old man who is not related to them whatsoever out of their own accord? How about a whole string of children in the course of several decades? Clearly, this isn’t something any kid would want just like that. These kids were evidently groomed and seduced by a person who knew how to manipulate them to get them to do what he wanted, to break down their boundaries, and mess up an inherent sense of what’s right and wrong.

Wrong in this case would be sleeping with a grown man who isn’t a father or even an uncle. Children know it’s not right. They wouldn’t do it unless someone would groom them into thinking it’s perfectly normal. And finally – in a situation like that the adult is always, always the responsible one. The child isn’t responsible, because the child doesn’t have the maturity or power that the adult has. Jackson must be held accountable, even if children did express a desire to sleep in his bedroom.

LISTEN, you fuck face. He did NOT invite kids into his room! He gave children their own rooms with their parents, and his room was more of a huge appartment. The children would ask to go with Michael and he said “you have to ask your parents” so the children would ask, and these were the rules; 1.) you get the bed *child*, and I’ll sleep on the floor, with another adult in the room. If the children did not agree to it, he would not allow it. Secondly, he did have friends that were females. He did NOT have any sort of child pornography or adult pornography. His entire houses and ranches were searched for years without him knowing, and they never found a certain thing. This was the largest search case that wasn’t a murder. In court, the accuer’s tried to say they found this porn magazine in his room, but when you check the printing date with the current date of the event, it’s not possible.
THIRDLY, this world is so fucking corrupt, sexualizing everything! If a man is friends with kids he must be a pedophile right? NO. I’m friends only with people 2x my age, does that make me jail bait? NO. Children are happy as long as they feel they are being loved and trusted, and that is exactly what Michael did. I have every released file from court on my phone, so if you think you can out smart me, re fucking think again. I study criminal psychology and KNOW the danger signs, and here, there were none expressed or found. I’m young yes, but I take courses that people take in college and I’m a highly successful junior in highschool taking honors.
Besides all of those facts, pedophilia is not a sexuality, it is a mental illness. The signs of pedophilia are shown in childhood and in teen years. Michael expressed none of those ever. SO, even IF what was said actually happened, it is not fair to punish someone for a mental illness. If someone tries to kill themself over bipolar, would you think it’s normal to punish them for that? Of course not.

Pardon me, just one quick correction. Look up in those court docs you have stored on your phone and reference the list of pornograhy documented that was indeed found in Jackson’s home. The list is as long as your arm. Maybe you could research a bit before you come onto a public forum spewing vile obscenities out of your blow hole. :o)

Neely, you were right. Prince was using drugs. He died of a fentanyl overdose. So many Dr Feelgoods in Hollywood 🙁

So sad isn’t it? I was reading some comments last night on one of the articles posted. People were bashing the paramedic that said he’d been dead for 6 hours. I felt he must have been dead a while too because they only provided resuscitative efforts for, I want to say 20 minutes. A good indication you’re working on a hopeless case.

He should not have been left alone, imho. All these prior indications of trouble didn’t seem to raise any red flags to his inner circle…..or maybe he demanded solitude, who knows. Why do people close to these celebrities bury their moral obligations? And even more offensive, the ones who took an oath to ‘do no harm’. I have obviously never experienced anything close to celebrity treatment, but jeez, I can’t really think I would toss my personal value of human life into the wind. I am offended.

I really hope this makes a statement to hardcore addicts around the globe. Prince’s legacy is multi faceted. One element I hope continues to live, is the tragedy of his addiction. I do hope it remains in people’s minds……and scares the hell out of them.

“LISTEN, you fuck face” That’s a line from Heal The World isn’t it?

“LISTEN, you fuck face, Love’s enough for us growing, so make a little space… Make a better place”

Beautiful sentiment. Wanna join hands? Dance around an inflatable globe? Throw up a lighter? Do kids still do that? Bet it’s just a sea of smartphones these days isn’t it?

Ah the good old days, I remember when the grass was always green, sky was always blue, MJ was always black… You could leave ya front door unlocked back then you know?

Well of course you know, you know everything.

        • Neely

          Lmao!!

      • Fudhux

Ahh again, someone that cannot help but insult. Question : Why are you so mad ? Because you love MJ ?? But the man didnt even know you existed and if he did he would not give a f** about you . Lets be real because most MJ fans aren’t.

I dont even know where to start . You said that you studied MJ for 10 years . What do you mean by that ? . And if you did I feel sorry for you because you got so many things wrong .

MJ was investigated for 10 years ?! What the hell . It’s not true at all.You think the FBI has nothing better to do than investigate him ? He was investigated only when accused of molestation which is 2003-2005 and 1993-1994 I think , there is an article on this site.

And then you say Mj did not sleep in the same bed with kids… Funny he said it himself , he even said he had the footage haha.

For the porno stuff , they did found porn in his house , even a LOT. It’s in the court documents .No one invented anything here.

The world is corrupt ? Yes buddy . And there is people who rape children. Like MJ , that’s why we have to be careful and look after our kids . And throught MJ and this site I learned about aquaintance molesters , which I knew nothing about before . You should learn about it also.

If you think you are smarter than everyone here . Fine . But I don’t think that people that are out there telling people how smart they are and bragging about their degrees are the smartest ones. It’s not because you have a degree on psychology that you are smart and know better than other people. Do you know what degree the writters of MJ facts have ? Maybe better. LOL

I would like to add one thing . Most peope on this website were MJ fans . So we are not just haters hating on an ” innocent ” man . We came with an open mind, I guess that ‘s the difference that we have with people like you . You sound like a very big fan . But I hope I am wrong and that you have in fact an open mind . I suggest to read a few articles before you judge the writters of MJfacts, that are doing an amazing job by the way.

How do you know if MJ did not express any interest towards young boys when he was a teen ? Were you there ? Do know the story with Terry George ? Oh studied MJ for 10 years ? My apologies….

So dont bet your life over MJ , it’s not that serious at the end of the day.

        Peace out.

  • Hi Informer, thanks for visiting the site, and thanks for your comment. It’s quite coincidental that you bring this subject up now. One of our writers has been researching this very subject and the story went up yesterday. It details how MJ, in spite of his supposed “open door” policy, would pick and choose which children got to sleep in his bedroom. I think you will enjoy the post because it shatters the myth that MJ “never invited children into his bedroom”. I’d love to see your thoughts on it. http://www.mjfacts.com/mjs-bed-by-invitation-only/

You could be right about non-fans who don’t believe the past allegations against him. Have they been to this site? It may change their minds 🙂
